How does it work?
- Choose the desired amount and place the gift card in your shopping cart.
- Check out. Don't forget to leave your email address. Add a note if you want the recipient's name to be on the gift card.
- You will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. The virtual gift card will be sent in a second email.

The gift card you receive with this second email contains a code that can be used at checkout.

You can print the gift card and give it as a physical gift, or you can email the card to someone.
*Please note that gift cards can only be redeemed online in the I'M ME JEWELLERY webshop. Only one voucher can be used per order. The full amount must be used; no change will be returned.

What are the shipping costs?
Your order is always shipped insured.
For orders under €149, shipping costs are €7.95; above that, shipping is free.
A separate rate of €1.25 applies to the ring sizer, which is sent in an envelope.
What material are the jewels made of?
The jewelry is handmade from 925 sterling silver and 24-karat gold-plated, with genuine gemstones and pearls. The precious metal is nickel-free, making it suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry to keep it looking good?
Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, and cleaning products, and remove your jewelry while sleeping, exercising, and showering. Store them dry, preferably in a jewelry box or soft pouch. Polish them occasionally with the included cloth, or rinse them clean with some hand soap under lukewarm water.
Where is the jewelry made?
I design each piece of jewelry with love and have them crafted by artisans in Jaipur, India.
How do I know what ring size I need?
You can easily determine your ring size using the ring sizer. Still in doubt? Feel free to contact me, and I'll be happy to help.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order usually ships the same day or the next business day.
PostNL aims to deliver packages on the next business day, although it can sometimes take a little longer.
Is your order delayed, or is the track & trace not working? Please contact me, and I will help you.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
All jewelry is gift-wrapped and shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to find a solution.
Can I exchange or return a piece of jewelry?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and undamaged. Exchanges are also possible; please send me a message via email or WhatsApp.
Can I order custom or commissioned jewelry?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can order what is in stock.
Can I also view or try on the jewelry in person?

Certainly. You can order a (digital) gift voucher for an amount of your choice, perfect for a birthday, holiday, or just because. You can choose to receive an email with a code or have a physical gift voucher sent to you.
Can I have my jewelry gold-plated or refurbished?
That is possible. Please contact me, and I will discuss the possibilities and costs with you. These depend on the type of jewellery.
